 Opportunity
The SALES ASSOCIATE PROGRAM is your opportunity to use your degree as a ticket to learn solution-based sales. At Keyence, you will work in a highly professional and fast-paced office an average of two days a week, while three days a week you will visit manufacturers in your sales territory so that you can work face-to-face on solving their applications.
In the Sales Associate Program you will receive the training necessary to become an entry-level direct sales professional. Sales Associates enter a 4 to 6 month program consisting of classroom training, on-the-job training, and a mentorship program. While our products are highly technical, you will receive the training necessary to become an expert on our products, solving customer applications, and conducting successful sales calls. Upon completion of the program you will be promoted to a Sales Executive responsible for your own sales territory.
During the training program, you will be chosen for one of our many sales offices throughout the country. Your placement will be primarily determined by our business needs, though your preferences will be taken into account.
