1. Stable measurement of vibrating target

It is now possible to measure vibrating workpieces reliably and accurately by capturing 16000 samples per second. This was impossible with conventional methods.

2. Stable measurement of misaligned target

A tilt correction function was added. Thanks to the internal monitor CMOS, which recognizes the orientation of the target, adjustments for target inclination are made in order to ensure accurate measurements. This was impossible with conventional methods.

3. Enhanced durability and reliability

KEYENCE's proprietary optical design with no moving parts ensures high durability and a long service life. Using an LED for the light source eliminates deterioration that arises from surge noise, which ensures stable on-site use of the product for a long time.
