Transparent Coating Measurement
The LT-9000 Series surface scanning laser confocal displacement meter is used to measure the thickness of the transparent coating on a board without physical contact.Measurement can be performed with a maximum of 0.01 Mil (0.3 µm) resolution.Due to the unique high-accuracy surface scanning method, the LT-9000 Series can capture the front and rear surfaces of the transparent target to measure the thickness. In addition, the accuracy does not vary depending on the surface condition or material.
