Rigid Aluminum Frame		Curtain Lengths up to 1941 (76.42")
The rigid aluminum frame features an air gap between the sensor and the inner wall. This floating structure is able to reduce impacts that normally would be transferred directly to the curtain.		The extended lengths facilitate guarding on larger equipment.

Not only the sensor body, but also the mounting brackets are rigid.

Beam axes displacement due to collision with targets or operators!

The steel bracket with wall thickness 4mm (0.16") is firmly bolted at four points.

Beam Axes Adjustment is Simple.

Home-made covers require complicated beam axes adjustments and additional maintenance.

Beam axes adjustment in ±25°is available by loosening the four bolts.

Floating Structure to Reduce Impact Damage

Each Circuit and Output is Internally Monitored for added Protection		Red LED lamps for Alignment and Error Notification
The entire circuit is checked every 15ms to provide stable detection of errors and immediately stop the machine.		During normal operation, the red LED's indicate the alignment level between transmitter and receiver. In the event of a system error, LED's corresponding to the above symptoms will illuminate, simplifying the troubleshooting process.



Mutual Interference Prevention		Rugged Build
When several light curtains are positioned together, interference may occur. Simply connect the interference suppression cable to use up to 4 units side by side. (192 beam axes max.)		The enclosure is IP-65 rated. It is unaffected by harsh environments.

The SL-CHM Series of Type 4 safety light curtains complies with the following safety light curtain standards and meets the most stringent safety requirements as embodied in safety Category 4.
