Keyence FU-92 area detection fiber unit

Detection of workpieces in a misty environment

Used in combination with the Fluoropolymer resin-sheathed fiber unit, the FS-V20 fiber optic sensor with TURBO mode detects targets in a misty environment. Since the fiber unit is sheathed, it is oil resistant. When using TURBO mode, detection is also less affected by water droplets and dirt.

Detection of broken valve components

The FU-12 area detection fiber unit is used to detect broken valve components. Previously, a cylinder-actuated fixture was applied to each component. This sensor allows non-contact inspection, reducing inspection time.
