| This one-touch calibration method will adjust the sensitivity to within a user selected percentage (-99 to +90%) of the measured value. For example: |
You can adjust light intensity on the display. It maintains constant received light intensity when using several amplifiers. |

| When there are small differences in received light intensity, they can be corrected using the external input, allowing stable and continuous operation. *Not available with LV-S31. |

Shift function (recommended for diffuse reflective models) |
| Use this to adjust current received light intensity. When using reflective models, you can set received light intensity of the background as ‘0’. It is effective when there are only small differentials between received light intensity and targets. |

Bank select function enables 4 set values. |

Laser emission stop |
| For both main and expansion units, laser emission can be stopped individually by external input. |

External calibration |
| Remote calibration of the LV-S is possible through the external input. The input simulates the function of the SET button, allowing easy adjustment when the amplifier is placed in an inaccessible location, or if touch-panel operation is desired. |

| Edge Detection mode* |
This mode ignores slow degradation of light intensity due to dust buildup or temperature, and only detects the changes due to parts passing. This allows continuous operation without the need to periodically recalibrate the sensitivity.
*Not available with LV-S31. |

|
|
| Area output mode (output 1) |
| Output 1 will activate only when the received light quantity falls within a certain window. If the value is higher or lower than the pre-defined window, the output remains off. |

|
|
|
|
|
| Interference suppression function* |
| Up to 4 LV-S family lasers can operate in close proximity to each other with no worries, thanks to the built-in mutual interference function. |

|
|
|
|
Power saving function (Eco-mode) |
| Digital display is only on when setting. Display is automatically turned off when it is in operation. When turned off, it needs less electric power. |

Timer function |
| 5 timer functions are available. Timer duration can be set between 0.1 ms and 5 s for output 1 and 2 individually. |
