Version Confirmation Method:

Check the version displayed on the startup menu screen. If version R1.10.01 is displayed, there is no need to perform the update.

Necessary preparations:

A PC on which IV2-Navigator (IV2-H1) is installed

Note:
  • Log on as a user with administrator rights.
  • If the User Account Control dialog box is displayed during the installation, click [Continue].
  • If you have logged on with a user account that does not have administrator rights, enter the name and password of a user account with administrator rights. (Windows 7)
  • The software cannot be installed on a PC on which a previous version of IV2-Navigator (IV2-H1) has not been installed.
Update process:
1. Download the update file.
  1. Create a new folder on the hard disk.
  2. Click “Download” on the download site. The “File Download” dialog box will be displayed.
  3. Click “Save.” The “Save As” dialog box will be displayed.
  4. Specify the folder created in (1) as the “Save Location,” and then click “Save.” The update file is downloaded.
2. Install the update software.
  1. Double-click the downloaded update file to run it.
  2. The “Welcome to the InstallShield Wizard for IV2-Navigator” dialog box is displayed. Follow the instructions on the screen to perform the installation.
  3. When the “InstallShield Wizard Complete” dialog box is displayed, the installation process is complete.
3. Check the version number.
If version R1.10.00 is displayed, the update has been completed successfully.
