Small size and highly flexible installation
The smallest spot diameter is approximately 50 µm with a detecting distance of 70 ±15 mm. Small targets can be reliably detected.
Since the received light intensity greatly decreases as the detecting distance changes, the difference between the target and background is easily detected. Over a long distance, reflections significantly decrease so that the detection is hardly affected by the background.
The LV-NH37's small beam spot of approximately 50 µm diameter and the amplifier's high-speed response of 80 µs provide superior performance for positioning and detection of small objects. In addition, the digital display facilitates easy setup for detecting small objects moving at high speed.
The LV-NH37 receives sufficient light at 70 ±15 mm which is within the detection range. It suppresses reflections as much as possible at a distance of 100 mm or more.
A "level indicator" is a standard feature on all KEYENCE laser sensor models and indicates the detection stability. The operation status and detection stability can be easily checked without viewing the indicator on the amplifier.
