IX-H: Image-Based Laser Sensor
The IX-H uses a built in laser to scan the entire field of view and detect features/objects in the z-axis based off height dimension.
The IX-H has the capability to locate a part/feature as long as it is within the field of view up to a 180 degree rotation by using a position adjustment or 1-2 edges.
The IX-H relies on the built in laser to detect areas/heights, due to this the IX-H ignores part to part variation because it’s using the laser to inspect not the camera.
IV2: Vision Sensor with Built-in AI
Artificial Intelligence algorithm specializing in presence/difference means stable detection, regardless of user.
The IV2 Series uses a high performance lens, proprietary lighting, and automatic focus. By using this combination of optimized brightness and focus, clear images of the target workpiece are created.

IL: Multi-Function Laser Displacement Sensor
The IL Series automatically controls and optimizes laser power according to the reflectivity of the target.
By adopting the unique aspherical lens, the IL Series has the smallest sensor head in its class.
The IL can measure targets that are 3.5m (11.48') away.
GT2: High-Accuracy Digital Contact Sensor
The Scale Shot System in the GT2 Series improves upon the technology of conventional LVDT contact sensors.
High-accuracy and an absolute measurement are possible with a slim ø8mm (ø0.31") body.
The sensor head, including the connector and cable section, complies with two standards - NEMA Type 13 and IP67G.
AI: Image-Based Photoeye
The AI Series is a powerful yet simple sensor. This image based photoeye is ready to use right out of the box. With only the press of 2 buttons you can reliably detect presence/absence anywhere within a field of view!
DL Modules: Network Communication Unit
Wiring work can be cumbersome. For example, importing five outputs to a PLC from 10 amplifiers with amplifiers requires 52 individual wires. Using the DL Series for communication, wiring can be completed with just three wires.
Batch transmit data for a maximum of 15 units. Settings can also be changed from a PC or PLC which leads to reduced setup time.
