• Concentricity Measurement with Micron Precision

    • Calibrated and traceable measurement
    • Sub-pixel processing for the highest precision
    • Dual telecentric optical system
    • Up to 16 simultaneous dimensional checks
  • How does the TM-3000 work?

Light is cast through telecentric lenses onto a 2D CMOS. When a target is placed in that light, a shadow is cast. The TM-3000 measures dimensions of that shadow with high precision.

  • What measurements can be taken?

The variety of measurement modes available make setting up inspections for diameter, width, angles, distance, radius, or pitch quick and easy.

  • What materials can be measured?

Anything that can cast a shadow can be measured accurately, including traditionally difficult materials to inspect such as rubber, shiny metals, and even glass.

  • Why do people use the TM-3000?

It's a calibrated system that helps reduce inspection time while increasing reliability in a lab or in-line. Get micron precision without worrying about fixtures or external lighting.
