Large Depth of Field

With a naturally 20x larger depth of field than a conventional microscope, the VHX produces fully focused images in seconds. The lenses, camera, and graphics engine are internally designed to optimize the relationship between depth-of-field, resolution, and brightness.
High Resolution Imaging

By combining the ability to use short-wavelength light and the high dynamic range function, high-definition and high-contrast observation is possible. This system can also capture images at different brightness levels and produce an image with a high level of color gradation data, similar to that of the naked eye.

Measurement

The VHX can perform any kind of measurement directly on the screen. Due to the edge detection function, measurement variation between users is reduced, ensuring repeatable and accurate measurements. The free communication software allows anyone to use measurement functions from their own PC.
Multi-Angle Observation

Now, users are able to tilt the lens up to 90 degrees and rotate the stage 360 degrees. As a result, users are able to observe a target from various angles without manipulating the sample by hand. Even large objects can be viewed with our hand-held mode.
