Real-time 2D/3D measurements can be performed with the advanced measurement capabilities of the VHX. Any user can easily perform accurate measurements, regardless of experience. All measurements can be taken directly on screen, saved with the image, and an automatic report can be generated with all the image and measurement data.

The new VHX provides new inspection and analysis features, including ISO-16232 cleanliness testing and ASTM-compliant grain analysis, along with a multi-lighting function that allows users to see surface features like never before. Unique to the VHX-7000 is our Optical Shadow Effect Mode, this allows users to identify sub-micron defects even at low magnifications.
