The KEYENCE WM-6000 Series is a dual probe measurement system which offers the flexibility of two measurement modes in one portable unit. It's ideal for a wide range of part inspection needs. The touch probe delivers precision down to 0.001", making it the best choice for deep features that the scan probe may not be able to reach, or critical dimensions where tighter tolerences are essential. The scan probe, accurate to 0.002", excels when reverse engineering, analyzing cross sections, or capturing large areas and simple geometries quickly. Both probes can be used on the same part, allowing operators to balance speed and precision based on each feature’s requirements for an optimized measurement workflow.
