Is the Muting Function Necessary?

The muting function automatically and temporarily disables the safety functions.

Normally, muting disables all the light curtain beam axes, however, the GL-R configuration software enables users to specify the beam axes that are disabled (this is the muting bank function).

The override function supplements the muting function by allowing users to temporarily disable the safety functions when the muting function cannot be enabled.
