High-Resolution, Low-Distortion LensProviding ultimate imaging performance for 2 and 5 megapixel cameras.
CA-LAR

Special optical design and construction

With a resolution of 250 units/mm inch and 180 units/mm inch for peripherals (CA-LAR12, 16, 25, 35, 50), the model has a resolution of more than twice that of conventional high-resolution lenses. This results in high-contrast images and enables stable dimension and appearance inspections.

Resolution at the edge of the image area

The CA-LAR Series can capture images at high-resolution across the whole image area.

Minimum working distance

By using special low-scattering glass, a minimum working distance of 0.1 m 0.3' has been achieved for all models. This makes it possible to use the lens to the extent of its capabilities over a wide range without needing a close-up ring.

CA-LAR35 no close-up ring

The unit can be installed at WD = 100 mm 3.94" without the need for close-up rings, allowing the lens to achieve optimized performance. Images with high resolution at the edge of the image area are obtained.

Resolution worsens due to the effects of the close-up ring.
