What do you like about your role as a manager?
KEYENCE is a highly driven, success-oriented organization, and what I value most about my role is working alongside some of the most hardworking, ambitious, and capable professionals in the industry. I enjoy coming to work each day knowing that the team is committed to continuous improvement and striving to outperform their previous best.
That shared mindset creates a culture of accountability and growth. I also find fulfillment in coaching the team based on my own experiences, while encouraging their ideas and perspectives to continue growth of our department.
What do you like about working at KEYENCE?

How have you been successful in moving up in the organization?
I have been successful in progressing at KEYENCE by maintaining a strong, results-driven, and goal-oriented mindset. Growing up I played golf, and I often compare my professional mindset to the approach I used on the course. In golf, success comes from consistently working to improve from a personal standpoint.
Whether that means cutting a stroke off your score or playing a hole better than the day before, you are always working on developing yourself to be better than the day or week prior. The same idea applies to my role at KEYENCE. By reflecting on my performance, setting measurable goals, and identifying specific areas for improvement, I’ve been able to increase daily output and overall impact.
Any message you would share to prospective applicants?
Be yourself. Be eager to learn. Be curious. We were all in your shoes at one point, and we want to see you grow as an individual and accomplish your goals.
