What has been your best experience while working here?

I coach and manage a team while maintaining a sales territory. It is a really exciting opportunity because I enjoy both aspects of the job and get to continue doing sales while also being a manager. I coach my people up, working on areas we agree give them the greatest opportunity for individual growth while continuing to sell and improve my skills not only as a manager but also as a salesperson.

Can you share your most successful or best experience while working here?

My best experience at KEYENCE so far has been getting to see people improve at a swift rate. KEYENCE does an amazing job of sales training and allowing sales people to go out and get experience from day one working with large corporations which allows you to grow your skills at an expeditious rate. Within a year you can go from no sales experience to a sales rock star.

What do you like about KEYENCE?

KEYENCE provides a variety of awesome opportunities and has transformed my sales and management skills greatly. I have learned from a few people who I truly believe are the best in their field and have gotten to the rank they are at within KEYENCE for good reason. The comradery in the office is great and it truly feels like everyone is looking out for each other.

Any message you would share to prospective applicants?

When I first heard about KEYENCE I had a lot of questions because I had never come across the company before. “Is this company/opportunity legit”, “I don’t have experience with manufacturing/R&D”, “Is this the right opportunity for me”? These are all common questions almost everyone has. After 5 years I can say I am extremely happy I made the decision to come work for KEYENCE and honestly can’t imagine having worked anywhere else.
