What are your job responsibilities?

As a Sales Manager, I develop and grow a team and territory. I conduct many weekly actions to maintain the team’s regular activities, along with individual development meetings. In addition, I offer strategy updates and large competitive project expansion.

Can you share your most successful or best experience while working here?

I have 2 situations that come to mind for this question. First, when I was recognized two times in a row as the top Salesperson for the calendar half. It was such a great feeling and assured me that I knew what I was doing which helped me believe in myself and skills. Second, was when my team, the only team, reached their Goal for an entire year. It was special because we all worked together strategically and helped each other to achieve our goal.

What do you like about KEYENCE?

I enjoy the continuous evolution of manufacturing in general, and how KEYENCE is always ahead of the curve regarding their products and technology. I also value that the company listens to their employees and makes an effort to evolve the culture, policies, and benefits.
