What are your job responsibilities?
I manage the Technical Marketing team for our laser marking product line. My team and I create added value for customers and support our sales force. I focus on developing the sales team through training, providing technical guidance on complex applications, and testing products to ensure our solutions meet customer needs. I also provide on-site customer support and training as required. Day-to-day, I work with our sales team and customers to solve unique challenges, whether troubleshooting an issue or exploring a new application. Every day brings different problems and opportunities to help our team and customers succeed, which I find rewarding.
What do you enjoy most about working in the Technical Marketing department?
I genuinely enjoy the variety of challenges that come with this role. Every day, I get to work with our diverse product portfolio and solve complex applications that keep me engaged and learning. What really sets this department apart is KEYENCE's collaborative, open-minded culture. There are literally no barriers, and I can easily connect with colleagues from other product lines to understand how our solutions integrate across the broader KEYENCE ecosystem. The office layout itself encourages it, it's easy to walk over, ask a question, and learn something new.
