What are your job responsibilities?
As a Corporate Director, I am responsible for leading our Customer Service, Credit, Operations, Legal, and Product Control/Distribution & Logistics teams. My core focus is to partner with these departments to create structures and practices that maximize the value of our brand and anticipate the needs of both our internal and external customers.
A key part of this work is ensuring that we have the right people leading the right teams and initiatives. Their expertise and actions drive our mission: to consistently be the best, procure and deliver products quickly, provide outstanding service, and support our sales organization with the same enthusiasm and care we show our customers.
What is your motivation for working at KEYENCE?
The people and the opportunities are my main motivators for working at KEYENCE. I am energized by solving problems, dissecting processes, and creating practical, efficient solutions. I thrive in structure, and when structure is missing, I naturally work to build it.
Over the years, I’ve been given unique opportunities to lead multiple teams, learn their operations in depth, and partner with them to implement meaningful change. These experiences have also allowed me to collaborate with exceptional colleagues on process improvements, cross‑departmental initiatives, and employee development. The combination of impactful work and talented people keeps me motivated every day.

I am a competitive, results‑driven person who is motivated to fix things that don’t look or feel right. Since KEYENCE embraces constant improvement, it has been an ideal place for me to grow.
When I’ve brought forward ideas, no matter my title at the time, they’ve been acted on quickly, allowing me to see the direct impact of my contributions. I also take a holistic approach to my work. Understanding how one process affects another has helped me make better decisions and contribute effectively across departments. This combination of initiative, curiosity, and follow‑through has supported my progression within the organization.
