The intuitive operation of the dedicated user interface makes it possible to easily create inspection settings for 3D vision systems. Inspection results are even displayed in real time.
STEP2 | Generate Source Code
After the inspection settings are created, just click the button to automatically generate the source code. No programming is required.
STEP3 | Embed in Program
To embed in user programs, just import the measurement library and the output source code. Then simply call the measurement function to obtain the inspection results.

Dimensional Measurements

Scratch/Defect Inspection
Even appearance inspections that utilize height data can be set by simply selecting the area and feature to detect. Defect detection, surface warpage, and more can be detected regardless of patterns or features on the surface of the target. This once difficult task with 2D inspection can now be performed with ease.
Adhesive Bead Inspection
A specialized tool for the measurement of sealants and adhesives is also available. Settings can be easily configured even for complex shapes just by clicking the application area. There is no longer any need to construct algorithms to set the area for complex shapes, a task with a previously high degree of difficulty.
