ShapeTrax3A
Detects & locates a specified pattern based on edge feature information around the profile of the target which can also be used for position adjustment for other tools.
Pattern Search
Detects & locates a specified grayscale pattern which can also be used for position adjustment for other tools.
Edge Position
Locates the position of an edge and/or counts the number of edges present.
Grayscale Blob
Counts & analyzes clusters of lighter or darker pixels that are detected based on a specified intensity difference compared to the average background intensity.
Blob
Count, sort, locate and analyze clusters of white or black pixels extracted from a binary image.
Area
Presence/Absence inspection by counting the number of white or black pixels on a binary image.
Defect
Detects & analyzes areas with a specified intensity difference by comparing the average intensity in smaller segments to the neighboring segments.
Profile Position / Profile Defect
Detects multiple edge points along a profile. The min. & max. position can be detected as well as best fit shape. Defects that deviate from the best fit shape can also be detected.
Edge Width / Profile Width
Detects multiple edges and measures the distance between two specified edges. Also detects the min. & max. width along a profile.
Edge Pitch / Edge Pairs
Detects pairs of edges and measures the min., max., and ave. distance between the pairs. It can measure center pitch or gap pitch.
Intensity
Measure the average, minimum, maximum intensity (brightness) information within the region.
Color Detection
Measure the average, minimum, maximum and deviation of the RGB or HSB instesity information.
Measurements & Dimenions
Measures distances and angles between the detection results of other tools, and to detect lines, circles, to the line and points from detection results.
Image Region (Model/Current)
Generates a free-shape inspection region from the model or current image that can be used in other tools.
