Wafer orientation through viewport

The LK-G Series lineup includes an ultra-long-range sensor head that can be installed 1 m (3.3') away from a target. This allows for measurement through a viewport. The height and tilt of wafers in a vacuum or high temperature environment can be accurately measured.
