Dimensional inspection after lamination

Poor welding may cause poor sealing of the sealed body and case. For that reason, dimension checks after welding are necessary. Checks can be performed with the high resolution of 0.1 μm and high precision of 1 μm. Its small size facilitates easy installation and a long service life (200 million detections possible).
