Carton deformation inspection

The LJ-S8000 Series 3D Laser Snapshot Sensor enables inspection for food and pharmaceutical packaging deformation. Conventional vision sensors are prone to false or unstable detections because of printing and patterns on the surface. With the LJ-S8000 Series, however, a 3D image of the part is created through height measurements of the target's surface, so results are not affected by text, patterns, or other surface printing conditions. Inspections with height information allows reliable detection and measurement of uneven surfaces.
