Lid heat seal inspection

The LJ-S8000 Series 3D Laser Snapshot Sensor can inspect heat seal quality by measuring the lid surface height distribution. The LJ-S8000 Series provides accurate 3D appearance inspections based on a height image created by measuring target surface heights, so results are not affected by printing, patterns, or other surface conditions. A freeform extraction plane allows inspection for defects on complex or irregular geometric planes. This results in accurate detection of target shapes regardless of surface conditions.
