Heat seal disruption inspection

The LJ-S8000 Series 3D Laser Snapshot Sensor measures surface height distribution to inspect for foreign particles in a product’s heat seal. The LJ-S8000 Series provides accurate 3D appearance inspections based on a height image created by measuring target surface heights, so results are not affected by text, patterns, or other surface printing conditions. This results in accurate detection of target shapes regardless of surface conditions.
