Connector coplanarity inspection

The LJ-S8000 Series 3D Laser Snapshot Sensor can inspect for variations in connector pin height and pitch. The LJ-S8000 Series uses a height image created by measuring target surface heights for inspection. Inspection can also be completed by stopping the target for only a short time during transferring by using an index table. Integration of the LJ-S8000 Series is as easy as attaching the device to existing equipment with no need for additional inspection processes.
