IC chip seating, orientation, and OCR inspection

Using light-section optics with an automatic scanner based on proprietary technology, the LJ-S8000 Series can simultaneously acquire both height and grayscale information. Height inspection can also be performed without affecting conventional grayscale inspection, helping to improve stability and enable usability in a wider range of applications. OCR and code reading are also possible along with presence/absence checks and measurements, making this a comprehensive inspection device.
