Saving all image data

In this application, it not only reads the barcodes and 2D codes of cardboard boxes moving at high speed on a conveyor but also saves all the image data from the moment of reading to a PC or server. This leaves a clear visual evidence of when, which package, and which code was read.

What is particularly noteworthy is that it can also save images of reading errors (No Read). The physical causes, such as faded, dirty, peeled, or misaligned labels, become obvious at a glance, leading to swift troubleshooting and the formulation of preventive measures. The SR-5000 Series, with its ultra-wide field of view, can read multiple labels on the sides and top of a box with a single unit and record all of those images. This reliable data management greatly contributes to strengthening the quality control system and improving customer trust.
