Measuring the displacement between the medium and the motor

Conventionally, the capacitive sensing method has been used for the measurement. However, it sometimes causes damage to the target due to the short setting distance. The laser displacement meter can be installed at a distance from the target, which reduces the risk of the laser displacement sensor coming into contact with the target. Moreover, the narrow laser beam of tens of micrometers accurately hits the measuring point even in a small measurement area.
