Measuring the height of oscillator adhesive

Conventionally, general-purpose laser displacement sensors have been used to measure the height of adhesive after positioning. However, there were problems because this method could not be used to measure position offsets and the maximum value of the height of adhesive. With a 2D laser displacement sensor, the maximum height of adhesive can be detected from the overall shape of the adhesive, which solves this problem.
