Thickness measurement after coating (gap between rollers)

When it is difficult to measure the target directly, the thickness can be determined by measuring the gap between rollers. With the LS-9000 Series, a gap as small as 10 μm 0.0004" can be measured. The ultra-high-speed sampling rate of 16,000 cycles/second provides immediate feedback for process control, improving quality.
