Coating film thickness measurement

The thickness of the film applied to the surface is measured with a non-contact device. The principle and structure of the CL Series enable it to measure targets made of various materials. The lineup also includes an ultra-small-spot measurement head with a diameter of 3.5 µm (0.000138″) to allow for the accurate measurement of the film thickness on exceedingly small parts.
