The SI-F Series lineup includes ultra-compact ø2-mm (ø0.08") sensor heads. These sensor heads can easily be installed onto existing equipment. With ultra-highaccuracy at a resolution of 0.001 µm, changes can be measured correctly on a sub-micrometer level.
