Reticle alignment

Compact ø8-mm (ø0.31") sensor heads are installed in three directions to obtain distance information to a target, so the position and angle can be calculated correctly. The SI-F Series can perform ultra-high-accuracy measurement at a resolution of 0.001 µm using up to six sensor heads simultaneously.
