Vibration when transferring wafers

The SI-F Series lineup includes a ø2-mm (ø0.08") micro sensor head, decreasing installation restrictions significantly. The sensor heads do not contain electronic components, enabling them to be used in places conventional sensors would not function properly, including high temperature environments or inside a vacuum.
