Glass height and thickness

The thickness of support glass is measured when it is bonded to wafers. The SI-F Series lineup includes a compact ø8-mm (ø0.31") sensor head that can measure with ultra-high precision at a resolution of 0.01 µm. The SI-F Series is also capable of measuring the surface height of transparent targets.
