Groove depth of diamond cutters

The WI Series measures height at approximately 80000 points over a maximum measurement area of 10 × 10 mm (0.39" × 0.39"). By capturing the entire area, rather than a single point on the target, the WI Series can measure even narrow groove depth with accuracy at high speed. Unlike conventional displacement sensors, the sensor head does not need to scan targets, reducing jig design work.
