Preventing foreign matter from adhering to HDD motors

If dust adheres to components during the series of automated processes of bearing press fitting, magnet mounting, and runout/appearance inspections, the processes for removing and inspecting for dust must be added. The addition of excess processes requires a longer operating time. Static eliminators make it possible to reduce this operating time by eliminating the need for additional inspection and dust removal processes.
