Metal plates are not uniform in thickness. A minuscule difference in a single plate can result in a substantial discrepancy when dozens of plates are stacked together. To prevent this, the phases of the stacked core masses must be changed and set. A vision Sensor can be used to check the phases. Rotors are detected by vision sensors installed inside the core, so compact sizes makes mounting easier. Moreover, both the rotor and the stator are metal parts, posing difficulties for setup if there is any glare. The IV Series has an AI imaging function that automatically finds the optimal image, and the learning tool enables simple and reliable detection.
