Detecting Reject Marking on Flat Wires

Coil manufacturers sometimes ship coils with reject marking labeling certain areas where the quality of the thickness is problematic. Areas with such markings cannot be used. Shade variations in reject markings make them difficult to detect with color sensors. The IV Series makes reliable detection possible. On top of this, extremely dark or light marks can be registered using an additional learning function, eliminating further false positives.
