Problems with lifting may occur due to force applied during transportation. Point laser sensors cannot distinguish between lifting that occurs when the height is raised and tolerances resulting from the individual differences in the target + jig. Lids are closed during the assembly process, so tolerances of 1 mm 0.04" are often OK. Although it is necessary to calculate the difference from the center, the IX Series can carry out detections with a single sensor.
