Checking Shaft Phase

If a phase has been specified when press-fitting a shaft, then the phase must be checked. The phase must be checked by way of a vision system, and if it is wrong, the shaft must be rotated. In the case of automatic press-fit machines, the sensor must be positioned inside the machine, so small size is important. In the case of semi-automatic machines that are manually set, it is necessary to position the sensor at long range.
