Confirmation of Presence of a Coating Jig

The jig is installed on the part where electrodeposition coating liquid accumulates on the body structure. If this jig is not present, the electrode position liquid accumulated in grooves of the body is blown away in the drying process, and dries attached to a location that causes defective appearance. This results in a defective appearance. At present, workers remove this manually in many cases, but there is a risk of removal being forgotten. For this reason, it is necessary to check that the jig has not been left in place.
