Bumper Model Detection Before Coating

This enables the prevention of different models of bumpers being coated. The molded product loaded on the pallet is detected in the process of loading on the coating cart coming into the next process (coating process). A worker loads the relevant molded product onto the coating cart bumper based on job instructions. Also, there is a risk of operator error because the operator picks based on the production instructions after the completion of the bumper coating process.
