Differentiation of Defect Marks

Conventional sensors could not classify the number of different types of NGs, so an equal number of sensors was required. More sensors results in a higher cost. Also, sheets are often rippled, and so adjustment of the sensor took time. Using the IV, which can handle multiple types of NGs, increases resistance to variation and enables stable detection.
