Relay Assembly Inspections

Improper assembly constitutes a significant defect, and man hours are required for reviewing the process even if excluded in a later process. Relay inspections are mainly (1) instrument panel relay inspections, (2) engine compartment (engine room) relay inspections, (3) although small in scale, battery pack relay inspections, and (4) luggage relay inspections. This is implemented on sub-lines.
