Differentiating Bolt Types

Nut runners tighten bolts. In lines that mix multiple product types, there may be bolts of varying shapes and pitches. It is necessary to check that the correct bolts are being used. Configuration is difficult, because the shape and phase of bolts vary. Configuration is easy with the IV Series, because all that needs to be done to enable reliable detection is to change the phase and register whether the bolts are OK or NG.
