Static Elimination During the Mounting Process

A static eliminator is installed to prevent electrostatic destruction during electrostatic peeling and to prevent problems during mounting. Chip mounters pick up parts at extremely high speeds. They peel off the tape and attach the parts inside, but high-speed static elimination is required for optimal operation. The ability to monitor the condition of the ionizer, such as whether the nodes are contaminated, is also necessary. The ICC function of the SJ Series enables high-speed static elimination. The status of the static eliminator can be checked at a glance with the indicator light, preventing situations where the static eliminator is attached to the equipment, but not working.
